INGREDIENTS
Chicken thigh
Garlic cloves, minced
Fresh tomatoes, diced
Fresh chili pepper, diced
Salt
Bouillon cube
Ginger, minced
Olive or vegetable oil
Onions, diced
PREPARATION:
1. Heat vegetables oil in a skillet, saute onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and pepper
2. Add chicken, stir in bouillon cube and salt.
3. Allow to simmer until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear. 30mins
4. Enjoy tomatoes chicken with mushroom rice
