UNRIPE PLANTAIN PORRIDGE

Ingredient:
unripe plantain, palm oil, knorr cube, salt, fresh pepper, onions, crayfish, fish either dry or fresh or bush meat if you have and pumpkin leaf or spinach.


Preparation:  peel your unripe plantain and dice in cubes, per boil with warm water and allow cooking for some time, adding onions, crayfish, knorr cube, salt, fresh pepper and whichever kind of fish you wish to use, then add palm oil. Do not stir as it will start burning (i advice you stir after adding your vegetable leaves). finally add your vegetable leaf and turn off the fire less than 2 minutes after adding the vegetable leaf.

 (When i'm ill, i prefer preparing my plantain porridge with dry fish and i make sure the plantain is unripe.)
