CABBAGE SAUCE

Ingredient: cabbage, fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper, onions, salt, knorr cube, vegetable oil.
You can add chicken breast or raw egg


Preparation:
Slice your cabbage in bits, dice your tomatoes, pepper and onions, fry in very hot oil and add spice of your choice, allow to dry properly. If you wish, you can add your chicken or raw egg after which you add your cabbage. Allow 2 minute and bring it down.

You can enjoy your cabbage sauce with boiled yam and plantain, fry yam and plantain, white rice.
