CHEF RENEE'S MASHED POTATOES RECIPE

INGREDIENT:
Irish potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Milk
Cheese(optional)

PREPARATION:
DICED IRISH POTATOES
RICER
RICE SEIVE
MASHED MIXTURE
Diced your potatoes into small cube and put them into cold salted water, bring up to a boil; allow to cook until it's tender but still firm. Once the potatoes is ready, use a ricer to mash the boiled potatoes or alternatively use your rice sieve, once you have pass all the boiled potatoes through,place them into a dry pot and turn on your burner, add butter and milk, pepper and salt if you want to, mash properly with your wooden spoon or masher, taste to adjust the seasoning. your potatoes need seasoning and it is important to get it right. Mash properly making sure the seasoning blend in well with the potatoes. 
Serve your mashed potatoes with any source of protein.
