STRAIGHT FROM WALE'S KITCHEN

 STIR FRY BEEF IN ORIENTAL SAUCE

Stir fried beef in oriental sauce me and chinese food na wa, well why I love its cos it is very healthy its not fatty...
Imagine having this sauce with some basmati rice, spaghetti, pasta, and of course boiled yam....
